During my academic years, I had the opportunity to teach math, chemistry and physics for elementary and high school levels.

From my point of view, the most important thing when teaching someone is to identify the student strengths and weaknesses. I will start with a relaxed talking about his/her concerns and why does he/she thinks that he/she needs my help. Most times we focus only on the marks and not on properly identifying the learning-problem.
