I have an extensive and varied background in teaching. Starting my career at just 17 years old I visited Malawi where I taught my very first class. For the next year we grew together, learned new things about each other and consistently achieved high grades. Because of this experience I have continued to explore teaching in different diverse cultures and backgrounds, this way we are learning from each other!
Since graduating I have worked for the UK's number 1 ranked higher education institution, St Andrews University. I gained experience whilst working in the admissions department, supporting students around the globe to take their next steps. As part of this I ran an outreach education programme for pupils with adverse living conditions. This was a constructive and rewarding experience and I have continued this work until now, as I currently work with a range of different schools offering 1-1 sessions on support for higher education and personal statement support.
Aside from my listed courses I can offer support in personal statement writing, revision skills and exam preparation. I can also help with budgeting and finance locally or internationally. Just send me a message to work it out :)

I adopt a 2-way style approach to my lessons. That means that you may find our lessons more like a conversation. How will you learn this way? I have a unique style in being able to answer open questions which will prompt you to explore a subject in more detail. This is effective as instead of me telling you about something, or to do something, you begin to teach yourself through our active conversations. Fancy having fun discussions where you will learn more about your subject? Send me a message to get started!
