I have taught English in my home country which was in Afghanistan as the demand for English was high. Because I was native I would often engage with students by means of increasing their conversational skills and correcting their accent. I have a British accent so I was very instrumental in every organization that I had been employed in.

Before the class begins I would ensure that I have completed my lesson plan for that upcoming lesson. I would in the beginning of class establish rapport by starting the lesson with a video clip to ensure the spirit is high. I would do avoid excess teacher talking time and ensure students engage more during the last 20 minutes of the lesson.
