Hi! My name is Claire and I am a native UK English speaker from Glasgow in Scotland. I am also completely fluent in Spanish. I gained a First Class Masters degree in International Business and Spanish from the University of Strathclyde. During my degree, I completed a year abroad studying Business Administration and Economics at the University of Salamanca in Spain. I have been teaching English as a second language to children, adolescents and adults of all levels since 2012. After graduating I moved to New York, London, Madrid and Scotland and worked for international companies. I have a Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) qualification and a Teaching English to Young Learners (TEYL) qualification. My classes are conversation based, and focus on fluency and speaking. I supplement this by teaching grammar, vocabulary and idioms. All classes are completely tailored to the student, their goals and needs. I think the best way to learn a language is to keep it fun and focus on topics which are interesting and relevant to the student. That's why I take the time to get to know my students and their interests, so we can keep the material fresh and relevant. Nos centraremos en la conversación, la fluidez y el habla.
