I am a fully qualified teacher from the UK and have 10 years experience teaching at primary school level. For five of these years, I worked as Deputy Headteacher also. I then moved into Higher Education and worked as a Senior Lecturer in Education training student teachers. I additionally have worked in Human Resources as Head of HR.

Students need to find learning fun and motivating. They need to practise first hand and learn through experience. The learning environment and they must have a good rapport with the teacher/tutor.
