I have 4 months experience of tutoring English to foreign language students at Nagoya University of Foreign studies, where I spent my year abroad whilst studying in Japan. I have also undertaken a module at university titled "Methodology of Foreign Language Studies", which involved designing and staging my own lessons.

I generally would like to discuss what sort of teaching and topics the learner is interested in, and then develop a plan from there. I am happy to practise English through conversation with foreign language learners, but also can look into revising students' writing and grammar ability.
