Mentoring team members of the worked organisation on how to approch clients, handleing risks, how to prepare a mail. How neatly to capture requirements and how to create wireframes and convincing the clients. Also taken classes for peers on data mining and resources managements.

Before each section I prepare myself and get throughly prepared on what I am going to teach. I will make learning less stressful, by introducing life experience as examples for teaching. Making small notes while presenting and making the student revise on each point and share tips on how to keep them in mind can make my teaching more lively.
